Karen Landrum

Head Coach at Incognito Fitness since 2013. Karen holds her CrossFit L2 and has been doing CrossFit for 16–17 years. She earned an Associate of Applied Science degree and is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree while also working as an Educational Aide at WCH.

A former CrossFit competitor, Karen now enjoys balancing fitness with volleyball, yoga, hiking, snowboarding, concerts, sewing, cooking, thrifting, and all things Halloween.

Her advice to new athletes: focus on consistency over intensity. Learn the movements, stay patient, scale when needed, and keep showing up — progress comes with time.

Amanda Holbert

Amanda has been coaching at Incognito Fitness for about a year. She works full-time as a labor and delivery nurse and holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing along with a personal training certification and CPR certification. She’s been doing CrossFit for 3½ years and actively competes in CrossFit, running events, and even completed a bodybuilding show last spring. Outside the gym, Amanda enjoys spending time with her kids and friends, hiking, kayaking, lake days, and attending sporting events. Her advice to new athletes: have fun, stay consistent, believe in yourself, and don’t be afraid to challenge yourself.

Scott Landrum

Scott has been coaching at Incognito Fitness since 2012 and has been doing CrossFit for 17 years. He holds a CrossFit Level 2 Certification and a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Certification.

Outside the gym, Scott works as a high school administrator and holds degrees in History, Teaching, and Educational Leadership. He also competes in CrossFit, soccer, and motorcycle racing.

When he’s not coaching or training, Scott enjoys hiking, kayaking, motorcycling, and reading. His advice to new athletes: enjoy the process of training and learning new skills instead of focusing only on the end goal.
